The scoping comment deadline on the environmental effects of the Blackwater West project in Potrero CA has been extended 30 days!! Instead of, April 27, the new deadline is May 28! This comes after pressure put on the DPLU (Department of Planning and Land Use), because of irregularities in their procedures. For example, the fax number listed on the comment submission form was wrong.
