High School Peace Writing Contest

Each year, the Peace Resource Center invites San Diego County High School Students, grades 9-12, to contribute their ideas on how we can create a better world.

Through essays and creative writing students use  their critical thinking skills in coming up with solutions for the problems confronting our world today.  Young people can and will play an important role in helping to solve the grave problems we face.  Their engagement in this process provides motivation and hope for the future.  We need to listen to them!

See below for this school year's current flier inviting student participation and listing our current topic, guidelines and deadline.
